How to Design Social Media Graphics/Image for Peaceful Living

1. Access the client Canva account​

​

  • Log into the Peaceful Living Canva account as Roberta.

  • Access credentials are shared through LastPass if needed.

  • Always confirm you are working inside the correct client account before designing.

2. Locate and duplicate the current social media template

​

  • Go to Recent Projects and locate the most recent monthly social media file.

  • Use the current month’s social media as the base template.

  • Immediately make a copy / duplicate the file before making any edits.

  • The duplicated version becomes the working file for the new month’s content.​

3. Use the monthly marketing review document to guide all content creation

​

  • Before creating any content, review the monthly marketing document from the client call.

  • The document is updated monthly and outlines key direction for the period, including:

    • Monthly themes

    • Playlist topics

    • Blog content

    • Promotions and special offers

    • Social media post requests

    • Email content

    • Carousel content​

  • Use the document to understand what needs to be created for the month and to help organize execution across all marketing materials.

  • Always refer back to it before starting or finalizing any social media or marketing content.

4. Understand the monthly social media structure

​

Each monthly template follows a consistent structure. Every social media tile or featured card is labeled based on the type of content it represents.

​

The template typically includes:

  • Blog promotion post

  • Playlist post

  • Monthly theme post

  • Special offer posts

  • Tranquil Touch feature post

  • Pilates feature post

  • Holiday-related posts

  • Four Self-Care Sunday posts

  • Four Quote posts

  • Four Five-Star Friday posts

 

This structure serves as the standard monthly content framework.

5. Feature core services consistently

​

  • Tranquil Touch should be featured at least once per month.

  • Pilates should also be featured at least once per month.

  • Any active promotions or special offers should be included within the monthly content.

 

When creating these posts:

​

  • Always prioritize using the newest approved imagery from the client’s uploads and photo library.

  • Use the most recent professional photoshoot content whenever possible.

  • For additional social posts, you may also use approved images from the client’s existing uploads/downloads library.

  • Since Roberta’s branding is very personality-driven and influencer-style, prioritize imagery that features Roberta herself whenever appropriate.

6. Follow the approved visual style

 

​Peaceful Living social media follows a clean and minimal aesthetic.

​

Design guidelines:

  • Use large, oversized wording

  • Keep text minimal

  • Allow the photos and visuals to be the primary focus

  • Maintain a soft, calming wellness aesthetic throughout the designs

7. Use approved fonts only

​

The only approved fonts for this client account are:

​

  • The Season

  • Rochester Regular

 

Do not introduce any additional fonts into the designs.

8. Final review before exporting

​

Before finalizing the social media set, confirm:

​

  • Correct template was duplicated

  • Only approved fonts were used

  • Newest approved imagery was prioritized

  • Content matches the marketing review document

  • Core services were included

  • Minimal text style was maintained

  • Overall branding remains soft, clean, and visually focused
